If you require witnesses to this document, you must bring them.

If the document includes an Affidavit of Witness to be signed and notarized, there is an additional $15.00 fee for each Affidavit.

Restrictions

We only notarize FOREIGN Powers of Attorney, which means we confirm identity. Common and recommended ID in Powers of Attorney in preference order:

2. Canadian Passport

3. Canadian Driver’s License.
