Notary Signing Agent Services (Real Estate)

We act as a notary signing agent for real estate transactions, meeting with you to witness and notarize the signing of your closing documents.

Transactions we handle

• Refinances

Identification

You will normally need two pieces of official, unexpired identification, such as:

• Driver’s Licence

• Ontario Photo Card

• Citizenship card

• Passport

• Health card (sometimes accepted; this varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction)

We confirm the identity of every signer before any document is signed.
